Basic Policies regarding Prints and Digital Images – Effective 01 July 2025

1. Images copied from my website are free for non-profit use. Downloaded images are unlikely to print well, however, as they are low-resolution - meaning they are designed to be viewed on a screen.

2. To make it worth my time, my minimum order is $10.00. If you order less than $10.00 in prints/images, it is still $10.00. This price does not include shipping - for details see "Shipping Fees" below.

3. All images that appear in on my website are named: YR-SET-IMAGE (e.g., 11-AB-017).

4. Orders may be paid for in cash, check or postal money order. I do not accept credit cards or payment apps. I do not cash checks or MO's until I mail/deliver your order. Should a check bounce, it may be made good via cash or money order, but the new cost will include a $20 fee plus whatever additional fees my credit union may charge me.

Prices for printable Digital Images

· CD/DVD with images - $15 per requested image – gets 300 dpi of 4x6, 5x7 and 8x10 sizes

· Emailed images - $12 per requested image – gets 300 dpi of 4x6, 5x7 and 8x10 sizes

Shipping Fees

· Free shipping on orders over $35.00 except for oversized (larger than 8”x12”)

· Standard Shipping (USPS) - $5 S/H

· Expedited shipping (USPS/FedEx/UPS) – shipper’s fee on top of the $5 S/H

· Oversized prints – shipper’s fee on top of the $5 S/H

Custom Shooting of an event or person(s)

· First hour: $50, hours after that $40 each

· Can be negotiated by event instead of per hour
